Festival Finance Coordinator
Reports to: Festival Producer, works with merchandise, beer garden and gate assistants
Job Purpose: To efficiently and correctly handle Festival money.
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounting or Treasurer experience an asset
- Must provide Criminal Record Check

- Outdoors rain or shine
- Office
- Standing and walking
Timeframe:
- As necessary, before and after Festival
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizes tally sheets and reporting systems with Gate, Beer Gardens and Merchandise
- Picks up monies, tally sheets, and ticket stubs from Gate at established times
- Picks up monies, tally sheets and coupons from Beer gardens at established times
- Picks up monies and accounting information from Merchandise at established times
- Stores all financial information in a secure location prior to depositing in the bank
- Final accounting reports to include:
- comp tickets and tickets sold at the gate
- merchandise sales including a breakdown of performer merchandise and other categories including t-shirt sales
- beer garden coupons counted comps plus sales to complete with inventory
- Ensures a safe, clean and friendly environment
- Provides a good impression and enthusiastically answers any questions about the festival
- Understand and complies with the Central Music Fest volunteer regulations and code of ethics
